Dennis Duijnhouwer

For a decade, photographer Dennis Duijnhouwer dedicated his life to roaming the planet with a camera and documenting his adventures on film. His raw, dynamic and colorful work, always with an eye for the absurd, graced the pages of publications like Vice, The New York Times and de Volkskrant magazine and was shown in museums and galleries across the globe. Some years ago he disappeared from the radar and, amongst rumors of him finding God and joining a cult, seemed to have turned his back on photography altogether. The exposition Street light in the OD gallery is his first sign of life as photographer since and hopefully, not his last.
